The White Peacock and 15 years of Permanent Beautiful

The White Peacock and 15 years of Permanent Beautiful

I came across the story about the white peacock because I am as proud as a peacock of 15 years of Permanent Beautiful. I drew the comparison between the white peacock and my work PMU.

Peacocks are beautiful ornamental birds and a stunning ornament in your garden. Peacocks exude pride! That is the description of one of the many sites after a search ‘white peacock’.

Only for the rich – belongs to the past

In the past, the white peacock was only for the rich, the nobility. The count wore the white peacock feathers in his helmet.
The castle in Staverden is called the ‘White Peacock Castle’. The ‘feudal man’ who lived there was obliged to keep these ornamental birds for his feathers. To decorate the count’s helmet

It goes too far to describe the history here ?

The bottom line is that nowadays you can order a white peacock online, including you!

The same goes for PMU, YOU too can have permanent make-up applied and no longer belong to the rich.

Treat yourself to that extra something! Treat yourself to PMU

You know the benefits, the convenience and what PMU can do to your face. Especially as you get older, permanent make-up preserves your appearance. For instance, more colour and fuller lips, a subtle line under the eyes or natural length for your eyebrows.

You know it all! Now it’s just the step you’re going to take. Do you dare?

All’s well that ends well

To finish my story ➡️ In the late nineteenth century, the then owner of the castle in Staverden restored the centuries-old tradition. The feathers were no longer used for helmets, but were presented annually to the Queen’s commissioner and then put in the council chamber of the county house. You can still see white peacocks at Staverden and the feathers are presented every year to the Queen’s Commissioner, who then hands out one white peacock feather biennially (every even-numbered year) to a person or institution that has made a meritorious contribution to the cultural and nature conservation of Gelderland.
